Since December 18, 2008, it has been simplifying daily life by bringing access to public services under one roof, and enabling institutions to achieve speed, standardization, and efficiency in service delivery.
Strong Design, Strong Operation
The establishment and management of the e-Government Portal is carried out by the Cybersecurity Directorate of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, while the development and operation of the platform is performed by Türksat. Today, this structure, which provides access to millions of users with thousands of services, is at the heart of digital public services.

The e-Government Portal offers a robust digital infrastructure that meets the needs of both citizens and the business world end-to-end. With the ability to conduct transactions on behalf of others, services can be accessed securely for heirs and children under 18 for whom one is the guardian/custodian. Integrated services such as "My Vehicles," "My Working Life," and "My Military Service" simplify scattered processes on a single screen; while accessibility is strengthened for all segments of society with applications like "No Barriers in e-Government," a video call center with sign language support, and On-Site Password Delivery. We are constantly improving the user experience with innovative services such as application, payment, verifiable document, and information processes.
International Achievements: Strong Global Position
The e-Government Portal, which continues its upward trend in United Nations and European Commission indices, makes Türkiye's competence in digital public services visible on an international scale. Its ranking among the top 10 in the 2024 European Commission e-Government Benchmarking Report is a strong indicator of this success.
Security: Top-Level Protection
The e-Government Portal uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance user security; MFA, which quickly reached millions of users, has been made mandatory for many services. The systems undergo regular audits in accordance with ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards; the level of protection is continuously reinforced through testing by both expert teams within Türksat and independent information security experts. Furthermore, information used through the e-Government Portal is instantly queried from the institutions' own systems; the information is not stored on the e-Government Portal itself.

The results of the "e-Government Portal Satisfaction Survey" show that user satisfaction is consistently above 95%.
